Under the new ownership, which has just recently been finalised, Nick Coppleman and Luke Denton from Finesse Engineering Services take control of RES with immediate effect and bring with them more that 30 years collective experience in serving customers at the highest level across Australia.

Over time, the new owners will make every effort to visit customers and get to know their business needs better.
No other changes are envisaged from the acquisition at this point in time – the name remains and the team in place remains to serve customers.
