Qualified trades persons
Richie’s hosts a team of experienced Fitter/Machinists working in the machine shop consisting of three manual lathes, which can turn up to one metre in diameter, a milling machine, radial arm drill, pedestal drill, build-up rotator, a keyway broach and much more equipment.
Fixed plant fitters
Our fixed plant fitters are qualified to refurbish local final drives from major overhauls to breakdown repairs. We also make hydraulic hoses, refurbish cylinders, and rebuild angle drives, pumps and gearboxes.
On-site our fitters are qualified for wash plant shut downs at various sites, quarry shut downs, changing pumps, motors, belts and crushing machinery.
